Polyperse is a composite (external cum internal) lubricant for the PVC processing. It is a unique blend of various high quality inputs which as a whole, combine to a very powerful new generation process aid and lubricant. With the use of Polyperse all other lubricants inputs such as Stearic Acid, GMS, OP Wax, PE Wax ,Calcium Stearate or GT25 and various other highly expensive and fancy inputs are eliminated all together.

 

HIGH TEMP. RESISTANCE:

 

The extruder machine’s working temp. Generally is between 175 DC to 195 DC. At such high temp. a wax with high melting point is required to sustain lubricating properties. Paraffin Wax is a low melting point wax of around 55 DC to max.62 DC as against Polyperse, which has a melting point of around 92 DC.

 

HIGH ABRESIVE RESISTANCE:

 

Polyperse can lubricate the polymer compound with high doses of Calcium in a better way due to its Viscose nature when in molten form. It aid dispersion of Ca in a significant “spreadout” motion.

 

WEIGHT GAIN:

 

Due to low flash point and more oil content Paraffin Wax tends to evaporate at operating machine temp. As against this Polyperse is a high flash point wax with very negligible oil content. This results in retention and weight gain in Polymer article.

 

UV / SUN PROTECTION:

 

Polyperse also has modest UV protection and gloss impartation properties, which is not available in Paraffin Wax.

 

POWER SAVER:

 

Polyperse reduces the friction between the metal and melt polymer and saves the extra power consumption by reducing the load factor as compared to Paraffin Wax

 

VERY UNIFORM AND LOW PRILL SIZE

 

Polyperse is available in white free flowing prills of very small diameter which aid excellent dispersibility in the compound.
